You understand a signed Authority to Act Agreement is a requirement of all financial holding authorities when you enlist the service of The Refund Centre.
You agree to appoint The Refund Centre as your authorized agent to recover your missing funds. You understand the Authority to Act Agreement is a legally binding contract.
You understand it is your responsibility to provide accurate information. Any incorrect information may cause a delay in completing the claim process
You understand The Refund Centre is not responsible for any delay of your claim or loss or liability arising from any such delay
You understand it is illegal to knowingly claim funds that do not belong to you. The Refund Centre would never approve of a fraudulent claim.
You agree that The Refund Centre fee of 17.5% will be paid on release of the total sum of funds. The fee will be automatically deducted from your refunded money.
You understand that if you were to make a personal claim or ask another party to do so after approving the Authority to Act Agreement the fee due to The Refund Centre remains payable.
You acknowledge if your refund is paid directly to you by the financial holding authority you must honour your contract with The Refund Centre. The agreed fee must be paid to The Refund Centre within seven days of receipt.
You understand The Refund Centre does everything it can to provide a service that is accurate and complete. However The Refund Centre cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information provided in any correspondence or communications. The Refund Centre disclaims any liability for the accuracy, performance or reliability that may arise out of the information provided.
You acknowledge The Refund Centre does not provide legal or financial advice. If you require specialized advice you should consult a qualified professional.
Your acceptance of The Refund Centre service is automatic acceptance of these terms & conditions.
